Central Bangalore — Central bangalroe irrelevant offers, worst service from staff mis guiding the customers
Hi this is chitikela. Praveen i have gone to central at jayanagar at bengaluru on jan 7th 2017.
There was an offer that says that if we are purchasing the products for rs 4000 then we need to pay rs 2000 and the same if we purchase for rs 16000 then we
Need to pay rs 8000. That is as per the offer for that day.
I cannot imagine there was heavy rush as it was weekend with the offer, i had to wait in the queue for around 2 hrs.
Then i am shocked to see that there are no proper garments available, as the perfect size is very rarely available.
Some how i have managed to purchase for around rs 16000.
Now the real task is at the counter i had to literally spend around 5 hrs in queue for the products to be billed.
This is the first time that i had to wait in queue for the products to be billed.
After waiting for around 5 hrs, i have asked the cashier for the offer then he said that i need to pay through paytm wallet in order to avail the cashback.
And as there was long queue the cashier said that he wants to serve the next customer.
This is just fooling the customers with the offers.
And it says promotional offers that needs to be purchased as per the offer, but there you hardly find the products or garments rarely of perfect size.
Finally overall bad experience with the central the offer is relevant and bad service overall it took around 7 hrs and finally they have done the mistake.
There is no body to assist us and there is long queue by the time i have completed by billing it was 11:30 pm you can understand how hard it was to do shopping.
Time is most important, how can you expect the customers to stay that long in the queue for hrs together and then fooling them with the hidden offers.
Kindly take some action.
This is really a bad experience and worst image on big bazzar.
