Dear sir /ma'm,
With reference to complains made on dated 05/02/2018 and telephonic talk with cbi representative on dated 12/02/2018, 21/02/2018 and 23/02/2018 related with wrongly debit of amount ₹3, 000 on 18th january, 2018 and ₹3, 000 on 19th january, 2018. Thus, the amount of rs. 6, 000/- was not dispensed from atm machine but debited in the account wrongly and not refunded up to the time in the account.
