Central Bank Of India — atm amount not received but debited

Dear sir /ma'm,

With reference to complains made on dated 05/02/2018 and telephonic talk with cbi representative on dated 12/02/2018, 21/02/2018 and 23/02/2018 related with wrongly debit of amount ₹3, 000 on 18th january, 2018 and ₹3, 000 on 19th january, 2018. Thus, the amount of rs. 6, 000/- was not dispensed from atm machine but debited in the account wrongly and not refunded up to the time in the account.

The details of the account is as follows:

Complain no.:
1. 18th january,[protected]
2. 19th january,[protected]

Since one month, there is no refund for the complains.

Atm machine is always closed or always error occurs and bank workers are not so much helpful
Sir mene23/02/2018 ko ATM se 10000 nikale the bt cash nhi nikala or a/c 10000r ki kam ho gye plz renewal my cash in my acc.
