Central Bank Of India — bad attitude of staff and manager | |||
This is a heartfelt complaint against central bank of india, mumbai, khar west, near khar station branch. It is one of the worst bank i have seen recently. Many years ago this bank was still customer friendly but now after one lady manager has been handling it, the bank has regular fights with its customers. Staff is always rude with customers. They also make people wait while they do their personal work. There is just one machine for pass book printing and cash leading to queues and arguments.. Recently one new staff cross questioned me about my sign in front of three more strangers. When i said it’s my signature, he said it’s weird. Wen i told him he should not be bothered to comment on it n do his duty, he again told Me to sign. I signed again. After scanning the register he again commented saying funny sign. I knew somewhere he was trying to harass me out of nowhere. This is the attitude and behavior. And the manager came in and took the employees side. This manager had got a very bad name but no one is willing to come forward to Complain. I hope this bank wakes up and kicks off such people before it’s too late. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have mailed to GM/AGM (grievance) on 18-11regarding misbehaviour, harassment &torture made by staff of CBI-4986, Mayur vihar-1 for cheque dishonouring with no fault which resulted to have defamation&bad effect of my goodwill it constitute compensation of Rs. 50000/- with Rs.296- for dishonouringRemit Rs50296- to avoid any legal consequences.
