Aapse nivedan h ki yha ke jo manager h unke uper bahut hi jald koi karywahi ki jave

I am having a OD account in your branch for past 15yrs in the name of my medical. the processing fees for my OD is taken two times one in sep-16 and oct-16 I inform to the manager serval times, and i have taken a gold bond in you bank till date the bond is not issued.please do the needful to reverese the amount and bond.
