Central Bank Of India — bill amount deducted but showing transaction unsuccessful | |||
I have paid electricity bill through cent bhim via billdesk with the reference number[protected] on 12 november 2018 for the bill amount rs. 1615. The bill amount is deducted from my account but in the tsspdcl it is still showing that bill is due. I contacted tsspdcl as well as billdesk. They verified and confirmed that they didn't receive bill amount there may be issue with bank. I even complained through mail as well as phone but no response from the bank. Then where my money has gone??? I am attaching message got from the bank for your reference Your vpa [protected]@centralbank linked to central bank of india account no.
