I want to bring this to your kind attention that the staff in your bank branch does not behave properly with its valuable customers.
Not only me, many other people are also unsatisfied due to the same reason. They are always busy in their personal gossips/ They speak very harshly whenever we ask them anything/ They do not provide us right guidance whenever we need it from their end.
And apart from this, the behaviour of the bank employees is so uncanny, rude and harsh that one could easily get frustrated with it. I always fails to get any satisfactory answer by introducing my problems to them. Thus I want to request you to kindly look into this matter and help me by issuing all the above mentioned
As an employee in the service sector, we are expected to treat every customer with respect, irrespective of how rude or ill-mannered she is. Dealing with cranky customers is definitely an ordeal because many customers are quite provoking and eventually instigate you to snap.
