[Resolved] Central Bank Of India — CBI employee are not doing right duty | |||
My name is Varun Luthra, my account number is [protected] name of Saathi Sales. Mr. Bimal Kumar(cashier) employee of Central Bank of India Brown Road branch, Ludhiana, Punjab. I need to deposit Rs.20000 but he refused me to deposit the money but same time he deposit the money Rs.1500 only of Tea person(who provide the tea to all the employees of the bank). When i asked him, why you deposit the money of them and why you refused me then he had no words and leave the seat and come back after 15 mins. Meanwhile approx 10 persons already was in the line for depositing the money. This kind of services you are providing, only this is the reason customers like Private bank services, i have already 6 accounts including my family accounts in CBI but i definitely shift to another bank. There are much better service of PNB and SBI bank, who atleast listen and understand the problem. Not only i am facing the problem, there are lots of others who are facing the same behavior from the same person. Other employees of the same bank(CBI) already admitted this behavior of Mr. Bimal Kumar. He is not doing his duty right and you can always find him to take tea, or eating in duty time and always talking with another person. The good thing is thing, when any work is there, he always used to call to the security person and security person deposit the money. I have found several times a security person to deposit the money. So it means in CBI security person are not for security to the bank instead he is cashier as well. Please take this action immediately, otherwise you loose you customers and respect of the bank. I hope you would take action as soon as possible and reply me. I am very impressed and satisfied what bank had taken the seriously step against my complaint. When I'd registered my complaint with in 2 days i got the call from MUMBAI HEAD office (Central Bank of india), number is 022-61648703 and then CBI branch, Ludhiana - 0161-2409465. They have taken immediately step and forward my complaint to the concern person and department.
Today 3 person visited my home from CBI bank, Brown road Branch, Ludhiana for regarding the same complaint and even they also admitted the behavior of the person(which regarding the complaint) and they promised this will not happened again. So, i have written the application to hold my complaint or get back my complaint and handover to the bank person who visited my home.
Overall, my concern only was to Warn that person only, who misbehave with the customers. I hope now he understood very well that these days government jobs are not so easy as what usually people think about this and not taken seriously their job and responsibilities. So this is the message to them.
