From 1st december, 2018 the said debit card of central bank of india, kadamtala, jalpaiguri, branch (West bengal) has not been functioning And i cannot withdraw my pension from my bank using the said atm card. I Called by Veeranji Vikkrthi, I have account in HDFC in my hometown ADDANKI, I transacted in Central Bank ATM, Near by me in ADDANKI . The main issue is Money Debited in account at the time of transaction but not received even single rupee, Refarance number is[protected] could you plz clear by issue as early as possible .
