Sir, on 03.01.17 my brother has sweep debit card on naxa show room for payment of Rs.11000/- amount deducted but transaction was fail. after credited amount again he has swept his card at this time transaction found failed and amount deducted. this amount is not credited in our a/c. our complain ref no is 1934581, a/c no is [protected]. plz do needful.
