Central bank of india's net banking facility is designed to drive customer's stark raving mad. Even their complaints portal is so designed that you have to sit with minute details and history and fill a web form with over 50 fields at the end of which the form pops up with a querry. Please get an information technology audit of central bank of india's net banking facility. Please get two educated people to register for net banking facility and then choose a service, in my case i chose "add beneficiary" between 2nd august and 11th august 2018 i have tried logging into their net banking over 50 times during night and day. I failed to add beneficiary in my saving account for neft/rtgs transfer. I have recently moved to delhi and my landlady stays in assam. My saving bank is with central bank of india at bhopal. I have tried to add my landlady as a beneficiary for transfering rent. The website and forms in the internet banking are so absurd that they are beyond description. A small example, the form for adding beneficiary asks that if you know the ifsc code of the destination branch then the name of the bank and branch will 'self populate', it doesn't. It asks for creating a nickname for the beneficiary, only when you press submit that a message pops up saying there should be no space between two characters.in the drop down menu for choosing destination banks name, sbi alone has multiple names. I had sent a mail to my base branch at bhopal complaining about this no one cared to respond Was this information helpful? | |||||
