Central Bank Of India — i'am complaining about my atm transaction declined but amount got deducted from my account, i immediately filed a complaint

My atm transaction declined but amount got deducted from my account, i use my central bank atm i done transection of rupees 2000 but i didnt got my money from atm... But amount got deduct from my account of rupees 2000... I have complaint in customer care so many times he told me that weight for 24 hours money will be credited to your account automaticaly... But i didnt my money back... Please give me my money back...
