[Resolved] Central Bank Of India — my cheque has been bounced and unauthorised debit my pension account. | |||
Sir, i am a pensioner of central bank of india lalpur branch ranchi, jharkhand. On 06.02.2019, i had given a cheque to mr. Pandey chandrashekhar nath ray for rs. 20000/-. My cheque has been bounced by the bank inspite of sufficient balance in my account. Secondly my pension account has been debited by rs. 41362/- by the bank without my permission on 13.03.3019. Sir, i am a sr. Citizen and look after my family from my pensions amount. I fall in great financial problems now a days. I had also given legal notice through my advocate on 13.05.2019 to the branch manager to know how he has debited pensioners account without my concent. Sir but till date bank has not given any reply. Sir please give me justice and fulfill my monetary loss as well as my prestiges down in the society. Was this information helpful? | |||
