That i gulshan kumar s/o late sh bindeshwar prashand. Late bindeshwar prasad had pension account in ur bank in ghonda branch delhi 53. I visit three or four times in your ghonda branch only to give intimation about death of my father but there is one reply that there is shortage of staff and no body who lookafter the file of pensioners. Due to this negligence my mother could not avail the benefit of dependent, she is bed ridden for last 6-7 years
