Central Bank Of India — not receiving the money from atm

I debit 5000 from atm on 8th july2019 from cbi atm boring road patna but the money didnot come out of the atm and it was deducted from the acount i also complaint but i was told that the transaction has been successful but i didnot get the money back so please chek it and return my money to my acount
