Central Bank Of India — not refunding money for unsuccessful recharge through central bank mobile app

I was trying to recharge the mobile number [protected] (Airtel) through central bank mobile app and it was unsuccessful with error showing bad recharge.
But the amount (Rs.8.00 & rs.70.00) is debited from my account.

So i registered a complaint by central banks through email to [protected]@centralbank.co.in
And also mailed to the home branch on
[protected]@centralbank.co.in but i doesn't get any response from them.
I also informed through central bank toll free number ([protected]) but they also said that i have to go nearest branch for my grievance resolution.
So i have to go and spend 100 rs for traveling and visit nearest cbi bank to get 78 rupees back.
So please help me otherwise careless officer of bank doesn't give me my money back.
