Dear team, I have and account of central bank of india charkhi dadri branch. I was making payment of my husband sbi life ins. Policy through my debit card. When i submitted otp transaction shown failed but amount 74903rs. Has been deducted from my account. My name is sunita and my account no. Is-[protected]. Dear team i have also submitted a complain letter in charkhi dadri branch and complain no. Is-1821926. I have already talk with customer care but the said that they resolve the problem within 30 to 45 days. Pls do the needful as soon as possible.
