[Resolved] Central Bank Of India — Refund initiated by AMAZON but not credited to my bank account | |
Returnable Product(PRODUCT NO.[protected] has been purchased through AMAZON(TRANSECTION ID[protected] on 27/7/2021 and retutned with in 2 days.The purchase amount has been initiated by AMAZON for credition to my account on 31st July with the REFUND REFERRANCE NUMBER[protected], but it was not showing in my account.I have visited bank manager (kalyani branch)on 28/9/21for the enquiry but he was so reluctant to hear this issue, therefore I have lodged a offline complain on that date and submitted there.Unfortunately NO Refund has been done till now.
