[Resolved]  Central Bank Of India — Refund initiated from Amazon but not received

I have ordered a one plus bulletin wireless neckband of Rs 1986 on 4th of September from amazon, due to some personal reason i have returned product on 6th of September then Amazon refunded me total amount of 1986 Rs on 8th September and has been successfully processed the amount by Amazon on 13 th September but today ( 29th September) still didn't get my amount in my account.
Amazon also give me reference number .
