Central Bank Of India — Refund not credit in my account by bank | |
My name is Ashutosh Bansal and I had ordered train tickets of RS 1690 in Amazon on[protected]and after (cancel it on[protected]rand odererd another train tickets of RS 3545 and cancel on[protected] due to personal reason.Date on which refund initiated of 1240 is[protected] and refind of 3380 is[protected] Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number for Rs.1240 is 74332740315031420152191 and for Rs.3380 is 74332740321032099120040 and told me to fill charge dispute form but central bank of india doesn't have such policy.
