Central Bank Of India — refund of failed transaction not credited since 5 months. | |||
I had made a transaction on 31.03.2020 of rs.1609/- for purchasing grocery on bigbasket through central bank of india net banking (Directed through payu payment site) (Transaction reference no.[protected] dtd.31.03.2020). My payment deducted from bank (Through payu payment site) but unfortunately due to poor internet connection not reached to bigbasket. I made a request for transfer of deducted amount of rs.1609/- to payu site, they send me a message on 07.04.2020 stating that failed transaction amount of rs.1609/- has refund back to central bank of india & it will be credited in 7-8 working days. (Attached copy of mail from payu for refund). Since april i am following bank (Calling on almost all numbers, making mails to respective department) but no response from call nor from mails. My deducted amount of rs.1609/- is still not credit to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
