Central Bank Of India — Saving account | |||
My saving is debited when i have installed the central bank wallet. On calling the support team they said the payment has been made to vodafone for rs. 7007/-. Which i have not done. The support was not ready to take my complained they asked me to contact the branch. As the branch was closed on saturday till monday for eid. I contacted my branch and lodged my complaint they said to complained with police station and they said they don't have any info and no chance to recover the same. This is ridiculous and i think all should just withdraw from this stupid bank. Absolutely careless and zero empathy. Pls guide on how to recover my hard-earned money Was this information helpful? | |||
