Central Bank Of India — unnecessary deduction of 9000 | |||||
Dear Central Bank Team, I Vishwajeet Singh am holding an account with Central Bank of India.I trasacted a sum of Rs.18000 for 9000 each twice from Punjab National Bank ATM but 27000 has been deducted from my account and the additional 9000 and not been credited to my account.I have submitted an Application, Called the Customer Care and also mailed Central Bank of India but from 07/05/2018 its been a complete week now but neither i have received any update on call or email.Also i visited the bank today(14/05/2018) but the executive said that it will take more time.And the Compliant no:-2390221 is not valid as when i am trying to check the status it says that the reference number is invalid. Kindly solve my issue asap as i need to make and urgent payment by 17/05/2018.Otherwise i request the bank to pay me the penalty which the payment third party will charge me.
