Namste sir/ma'am, my name is dwarika ram sahu. My account no. Is [protected], i had ordered a product of rs. 13999 in xiaomi india on 05/05/2020, and same day i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 05/05/2020 xiaomi india initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. (I am waiting for my money almost 25 days) Xiaomi india send me bank arn no. 74332740127012641997000 and told me contact your bank. Company says refund has been done on his behalf, and the company said that take these bank arn numbers and contact your bank. And told me to fill charge back request but central bank of india not solve my problem. I contacted my near by bank [central bank of india dhamtari ] but they have no information regarding arn number. And i also contacted my home branch central bank of india Bhakhara, same here this branch employee has no information about arn number. I also made the bank employee talk to bank customer care service but they did not understand. I also mailed my problems to bank complaint email id ([protected]@centralbank.co.in) but no response has come yet.
