Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — 50 % Deduction in the salary amount during[protected] ,which is not according to norms

Address:Shri Mahaveer higher secondary school, Alote

I was working as a permanent teacher in a reputed CBSE school named as Shri Mahaveer higher secondary school, Alote. I had joined this institute in the year 2018. During the corona period the management has deducted the salary without any prior information and told us that they will get afterwards. To some of their teachers they had given 70 to 75 % of salary and to some they gave 50 %. But as per the CBSE guideline when the schools were running normally then management has to give remaining dues of the salary and maximum deduction can be done is about 80 %. So I have demanded my remaining dues. Which they are not ready to give. And terminated me without any prior information. Please help me. I belongs to middle class family and they had cheated me. It tortures me mentally.
