Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — about my fees pending for re evaluation of my class 10 maths board copy

I applied for the re evaluation of my class 10 maths copy but my but whenever i open the site and enter my application number which is r13404 it says fees is pending and now its been a month since i applied for this and they also won't allow me to submit another form again please help me either let me submit another form or please get my fees cleared my board roll no is 5131544 school no. 54350 and centre no. 5243
