My concern is about the TC link for[protected].
1.The email communication on Transfer request was not transparent, in all emails like Bus fee, Term fee etc. the last date for payment would be clearly mentioned (usually the last date without penalty will be mentioned) . Here the date mentioned was 31st March which was supposed to be 31st Jan.
2. The Link for the TC request was not up working from Feb25th onwards (7 days), I've tried after some days because my thought was till March 31st link would be available again by March1st also it was not working. Then I raised the issue to the school where i came to know that the last date was Jan 31 st without penalty and later it was like need to pay the Book fee 10K(Feb) and Term fee 32 K(March).
3. Is it my fault the link was not working and the email was not transparent compared with other emails?
when IT systems are used school management should be equally Par in understanding the IT related issues.
School expects everybody should come to office and get in touch else nothing works.then why emails, school portal etc? No Grievance portal
4. Have written many email to Principal (P.G.Subramanian) as per the escalation route given in the office, so far I've not got an single acknowledgement or response from any of the email i sent to the school. When parents are expected to be Tech Savvy in understanding the communication from the school, but school didn't even respond to the email even.
Poor administration, No Grievance portal, I'm helpless and no where i can raise my concern, I'm writing here. School is least bother to get an response for me as I'm in the receiving end.
