I am in 9th class of sacted heart school mailghat muzaffarpur in bihar.
We havs not choice to choose hindi, computer. We have to learn sanskrit forcefully. I want to learn computer instead of sanskrit. But i have not choice. I have to choose only sanskrit because of my school. Many students want to learn computer. But not able to learn.in another school there are many choices like hindi, computer. So, please help me.

Please know me, whether cbse schools have the right to collect fine for the payment of fee

One school, set the cut off date as August 15 for the payment of Quarter 2 ( september to november ) and any delay in payment will attract fine

Pls know its legality
