Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Complaint against not promoting my child

My son is failed in class 11.without getting result by school they are misbehaving they are not listening are compulsion. First of all they didn't take any offline class they asked children to come for offline exams only not taking a single offline class whole year.. Teachers didn't teach well they were dictating practical subject like accounts. They never teached with board. And didn't tell the marks... Cbse has issued guideline that the final exams are for learning gap. And this should be solved in next session through bridge classes toh fill the learning gaps. But they never taken any extraclass. My child can't study by online classes he never failed in any class till 10th he got 78% in 10th.he can study well if offline classes are held. Plz listen to our complaint and take action against them...
