Request for correction of Father Name in class 10th Mark sheet Respected Sir/Madam, This is in regards to a request for correction of a name mistake of my father’s name in Class 10th Mark sheet. The name of my father as per class 10th is - CLASS 10th –RAM RAKHA (CORRECT NAME) SHRI RAM RAKHA (MISTAKE ) Details is given below- Roll No.- 5389794 Marksheet S.No.1150406 Session: 2015 Name- VYOM PADAMNABH RAKHA CHAUHAN Father Name- RAM RAKHA Mother Name- SWARN KANTA CHAUHAN Dt of Birth- 08/02/2001 School Code- 08936 DIWAKAR MODEL SCH0OL SAHIBABAD GHAZIABAD UP Registration No.- U315/08936/032 Kindly help me to get it rectified as soon as possible.
