Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Demanding more payment for TC

My son Tanmay was reading at Dawn School, nolambur, Chennai in std 2 in year 2016-17. I have applied for TC on 1st April 2017 after payment of Rs. 250/-, as we are going to West Bengal on transfer. The school told to collect the TC after 10th April, but when I called over phone in school they told that now have to pay Rs. 2500/-. Please resolve my problem. Thanks
