Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Denial of Admission for UG courses through Sam's Odisha due to mention of 5 subjects in Digilocker MarkSheet where as it is mandat

I an exserviceman AJAYA KUMAR BEHERA father of ARCHNA BEHERA who passed cbse XIIth 2022 vide roll no12638021 school no 19098 beg to state that my said daughter applied for admission in to Odisha colleges through CAF and was selected in 1st selection list in Botany Hons and was asked for counseling on 10 September 2022 in one HEI Govt Science Degree College Chhatrapur Ganjam Odisha. During application it was mandatory and was bound to mention marks of all the 6 subjects and she did the same by mentioning all the 6 where as her marks of additional subject Mathematics was 30RT. Now on 10 September 2022 during counseling she was asked the MarkSheet of all 6 subjects which was as per their prospectus, but my daughter couldn't show the same as the MarkSheet in Digilocker printout showed only of 5 subjects excluding the additional subject Mathematics. For this shake her admission was denied and she was sent to sam's team of their colleges where also the denied due to MarkSheet comprising of only 5 subjects which was against their prospectus rules they further took an application from the daughter about error correction and advised to wait and try for spot admission if possible. If every institution does ask for marks of all 6 subjects will my daughter be denied admission despite passing in all 5 subjects? In above institution she was selected for Botany (Hons) and she passed in Biology Physics Chemistry English and Physical Education still was denied admission due to not mentioning all 6 in Digilocker where as she applied as per the MarkSheet downloaded through cbse site at the time of application into Sam's which was showing all 6 subjects including additional subject Math with marks 30 RT.
Kindly clarify and guide how could see take admission in UG for the future of my daughter.
