Bhawika chauhan daughter of sh. Sham lal, res. Of village-jeetpur, po-bhaddi, tehsil balachaur, distt. Sbs nagar. Brother of bhawika chauhan, mr. Rajan chaudhary is student of 9th class. The duo son & daughters of sham lal of village-jeetpur are studying in m r city sr. Sec public school, balachaur right from their junior classes i. E. For the past over 9 or 10 years. The fee matter was never witnessed in the past as per the statement of the parents. Bhawika chauhan was asked by the class teachers for the payment of pending fee of academic session 2018-19. She discussed the matter at home and produced the fee payment receipts to the teachers, but the school authorities were not satisfied with this. Her father also talked to the school authorities in this regards but to no avail. Sidewise class teachers/others kept pointing out bhawika for the pending fee in her class. The situation reached its extreme when the school authorities posted the letter of pending fee to the residential address (Jeetpur) with certain warnings written in the letter. She had been harassed multi times in the class and she is feeling very low and torched. As this matter is public now (Her friends in school and village are knowing this matter). All the fees were paid in time and receipts are available. By grace of god all the family members of bhawika are in capacity to pay the fee in time The matter had been discussed with me (Yogeshwar chauhan) on sunday the 23rd june 2019 I had raised the issue with ms. Ritu at [protected] 10 am on 24 june 2019 for the solution she asked to text her the details of the student on this number and wait for some time, she also assured to provide the solution. I tried to contact her twice on the same no. After 4-5 hours, but she did not bothered herself to respond to the call. I tried to contact her again on the same no. On 25 june 2019 at 10:25 am but no response received from her side I sent mail to the mail ids given on the school website to respond within 7 day. After 3 or 4 days i again made call to the school, then they accepted the fee is received. But we are not satisfied with this. I am still in wait for proper response of the mail sent on 25 june 2019 Before writing this complaint i made over 10 calls to different school numbers available on school website for the resolution but no one responded properly It is requested to enquire the matter and take appropriate action against the school authorities to avoid such mistakes in the future.
