Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — grade problem

I have obtained 94 marks in social science, final class x exam 2019. But the grade given as a2 and not a1 and it is displayed on the official cbse website.

I need to know whom to reach out to and get the correct grade according to the marks.

My roll number is 4155026.

I need this to be resolved as early as possible.
