Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — I am not able to give my compartment exam

I have given my improvement exam as a private candidate this year in march 2018 and i got ft in my physics subject but i am not able to fill my july 2018 compartment form as a private candidate because my record is not found! I've contacted the cbse they told me to talk to the cbse technical support but they are not answering the calls and my future's on stake! Please help me asap my roll number is 5679854, school number 99999 and centre number 5204
