Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — I'm complaining about my school infrastructure

I'm a parent of a student of narayana school, guwahati. They have finished the final exam of class 9 at 30 january and started class 10 from 31st of january without declaring the results of class 9. They pressurize and torture the students by the name of iit classes and extra classes. They leave the students at 3 but during extra classes they pressurize the students to stay back at the school upto 6 or 7. The principal torture the students unnecessarily. She cancels the break and don't let the students to go to washroom. The principal doesn't knows how to manage the school. I am not satisfied with this school. Please help me.
