Dear sir / madam

We would like to bring in your kind notice that result has already been declared of 10th-standard, cbse on 29th, may, 2018. As soon as the result arrived on 29th, may we came to know that some printing mistakes have been done in english subject for internal assessment/ practical mark by ryan international school, cbse, adajan, surat-395009 for six students and same day we addressed this problem to school authority and given an application for this correction.

Furthermore, we have already been chasing with ryan international school-cbse - adajan - surat to correct this mistakes and till the time no conclusion has been made for this problem. I think school has submitted all the require documents to cbse, ajmer few days back and also they are liasoning with cbse at ajmer but neither they providing any update via an email nor any confirmation when this correction to be done otherwise it will impact of our children’s career.

Hence, i have attached photocopies of require documents which were submitted by ryan school to cbse, ajmer. Please refer the attachment

We request you to please look into this matter on higher priority and do the needful at the earliest from your side. I hope you understand our concern and provide your kind cooperation to resolve this burning issue.

We request you to at least respond our queries.For last couple of days we have been struggling this same problem. We have tried to several phone calls and emails to CBSE-Ajmer & Delhi but no progress we have seen so far.

We request you to please don't play with our children's future and their career.

I have been calling on given numbers since last 2-3 hours but all the numbers are showing busy.If no one is working or responding from CBSE board then why those numbers are getting engaged continuously.

Aside to Ryan School (Adajan, Surat)

Please keep trying from your side to get written confirmation from them.

Please don't give up your efforts.

As you know that this email has been running for last couple of days (almost a month) and till the time we are waiting for your confirmation in written and assurance regarding correction of Mark in Internal Assessment/Practical for English subject for six bright students. Please refer the attachement
The things are getting worst day by day and till the time no one has taken responsibility so far for said correction. Ideally this problem must be rectified proactively from School and CBSE both.We are unable to digest why it is taking too much time and what are the challenges or hurdle for CBSE ? Why we should give reminders you every now and then ?If possible please provide the contact numbers and email ids of Education Minister where we can highlight this problem.

Hope you will understand our pain for this problem.
