Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — re exam

Why so many unfair decisions?? I dont get it.. First cbse says that it would conduct a retest for everyone which would be just for everyone... But now cbse says that leak was restricted only in some regions.. How is this possible... Papers were present on all the social media sites before the exams and how could this be restricted to some regions... Conductin re exam for only few students would be unjust for others as it would affect the percentage due to the difference in marks scored by the students taking re examination... Thereby i request cbse to please take fair decisions.. Please
