Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — School is not giving TC transfer certificate

Sir I am student of Jawahar Navodaya vidyalaya Amravati Maharashtra, from
Pune regional office.
Actually my school is not giving my tc .they
Are saying if I leave school now one seat go vacant. But TC is my right.
I had successfully passed my class 11th, now
I want my tc to do my class 12th from different school. Due to some medical issues I am not able to do from that school.
Please 🥺🙏 help me !!

Hope you will solve it as early as possible
Because, most of the school are started class 12th...
