Central Industrial Security Force — High handedness of security staff of cisf at new delhi railway station with public

I came from Ujjain by Nizammudin Express today i.e. 13th May 2016 at around 6:20 a.m. and came to Gate No.5, for catching Metro for Huda City Centre Gurgaon.
There was long queue at the Gate. I asked the Security Personnel, whether this line is for ticket as I was carrying Smart Card. He shouted at me and said come in line, though I was already in line. When I asked him to behave properly, which I expect from trained people being Senior Citizen.

After, few minutes another security personnel started shouting at the people in queue, who were proceeding peacefully in queue. I intervened and asked him that all are in queue, why are you talking like this with public, he started shouting. The other security guard who was shouted initially joined him and started shouting. When I asked about their Senior Officer on duty, I was told that we are the higher officer here. They were not wearing the name badge also, hence I could not know their names.

The entry gate facing New Delhi Railway Station was closed.

Being a citizen of the country and a tax payer, it is expected that the personnel manning the public utilities like Metro will be personnel with utmost courtesy.

I request the MHA to take Suitable action against the personnel on duty on 13/05/2016 at 6:35 a.m. At gate No.5, of the New Delhi Metro Station.
