I have been selected for ishanuday special scholarship for the year 2017-18 for an amount of rs. 78, 000/-. But on checking of my bank status in pfms it shown as r11 and present status is transaction failed. Credir date[protected]. Subsequently, i have been reseeded my aadhar card with bank account. Therefore, you are requested you arrange payment of my scholarship through sbi account.
