Central Seat Allocation Board [Csab] — fees refund for csab

Dear sir/ ma'am

I, sarthak goel (Application no:[protected], had been allotted a seat at sri mata vaishno devi university, j&k in the csab special seat filling round. I did not accept the seat primarily because of the latest governmental developments in the state that have resulted in a tense environment. Also, the dates of reporting at the institute and government's announcement of revocation of article 370 clashed making it difficult for me and my parents to report at the institute. We tried contacting the csab office several times. But our calls were not answered.

An amount of inr 36500 was paid by me. There was no option to withdraw or reject the seat, if the seat allotted had been allotted at any institution in the state of j&k.

I will be highly obliged if you could help me in this regard.
