Central Seat Allocation Board [Csab] — I didn't get refund of my money

This is Sai Sathvik Reddy bearing the JEE Main application number[protected].
I have registered for CSAB-2019 by paying ₹36, 500.
I have got a seat allocated in Special round 1 then I have opted to surrender the seat and not to participate in further rounds_this process is done in NIT Warangal, the official over there told that I will get refund after deduction of ₹1500-processing fees.But I didn't get any refund.

Please help me to recieve the refund of my father's hard earned money.
