Cera — leakage in accessories

Taps and shower leaking their tops are without screws. It is not working properly. Water is coming regularly even after closing the taps. Shower is not functioning as the water is leaking from the connected steel pipe. Telephone shower is also not functioning. Kindly attend the complaint as soon as possible to avoid further damage to the accessories

Water is leaking continuously from flush tank to closet. There are three closets which are bought newly and all of them shows the same problem since the first week o[censored]sage. I think that the syphon unit has to be changed. I need immediate assistance and support for this.
