[Resolved] Cera — sanitaryware (toilet seat)
Cera Anglo-Indian toilet seat installed developed a crack from outside. When I raised a complaint at Cera, the executive attended the request, and visited my house. He simply said that the crack is developed because of over-tightening of screws, and went off. Now, it has been 1 yrs and 3 months since I took the possession of my new house, and facing this type of problems in sanitaryware. Here, the manufacturer of product is blaming the builder, and the builder blames manufacturer; but overall, the person who is in loss is always the consumer/customer/end user (that is the common man). The common man suffers financially and mentally. Was this information helpful?
