CESC — Deduction of Rs.280/ from my Bank Account against Unsuccessful Transaction of Monthly Electricity Bill Payment

I tried to pay electricity bill online dated June 207 for May 2017 on 4.7.2017. After successfully submitting required Bank Details, including the security number, an amount of Rs.280/ was deducted from my Bank account immediately. Then it was mentioned that the Transaction was Unsuccessful and the site showed that my bill had not been paid.
What do I do now?

My above complaint is about deduction of Rs.280/ from my bank account and "Transaction Unsuccessful " from yout side and showing that my Bill for May is unpaid.
