My self Jayanta Kumar Bhar having consumer no [protected], resident of
28/2, Sambhu Nath Das Lane. Sinthi. Kolkata. I have applied for increase
of load of my CESC meter for installation of AC. I have applied through
online on 02/04/2014 and on the same date I have maid payment. (Rs.
9894 having RR no. [protected].)
Till today the status of my application showing "Our team would visit your premise on 07/04/2014 and upgrade your meter, to enable you to use the Air-Conditioner(s)." But still today (19/04/2014) no one visit my premise. It's almost 3 weeks gone after placing my application.
This is my humble request to you and your team kindly do the need full as
early as possible. It's not time to investigated whose fault it is but I
want to use my AC with upgrade meter asap.
