CESC — excessive inflated bill for july month | |||||
I've received the july bill which is showing that i've consumed 271 units amounting to rs.1950 in the month of july. I've found that cesc is charging me abruptly and the rates are inflated by them. Also as per their mail communication, one person is suppose to visit on 2/8/19, to take the readig. I stayed there the entire day, but nobody came to take the reading, and because of that they've putted an arbitrary value. Still it is higher than even last year and last few months average. Only 2 fans and 2 lights are used there and hence it is proved that the bill is inflated surely by them which is very unethical. Please take some action to resolve the issue. I've intentionally not paid the bill of the month, previously i never failed to make payment within the stipulated timeline.
