i paid my cesc august 2020 bill on 30/10/2020 at 22:26 which is rs[protected]+10 fine) but cesc again sent this bill to me along with a disconnection notice.After reciving this notice i lunch a complain docket number[protected] but cesc never reply about my complain.My disconnection date is 23/11/2020 .
