Customer Id: [protected] : After several complaints for last 1 year, I came to know that there was a mistake from CESC side while reading meter and they have increased the load automatically, I have never made any request to increase load. I have very minimum usage in this meter. As a result, a high fixed demand charges are getting deducted for last 2 years. After several follow ups, CESC has reduced the load but did not adjust any amount. It seems they want me to pay extra money for their mistake.
Moreover, I have complained in the month of Jan 2020, it took you almost 8 months to reduce the load. After several follow ups, I have first meter inspection on March 2020 before lockdown. Again CESC lost the details of that.
So many mistakes from Your side. But its me who is paying extra end of the day. Please look into this matter and consider my request.
