Refer your champcash order no. Fnob[protected]_1 was shipped to me th rough trackon courier services pvt. Ltd., under track i:[protected] dated 13th september, 2017. The was not delivered to me by the hyderabad people which was return to you with a remark stating that i have refused by me, the courier fellow talk to me through his mobile and asking me to come and collect the same at his office which is 3 kms from my residence. I made complaint to their head office but no response and also i have not received any response from you, neither the product got delivered to me nor the money is refunded to me. You may check the same with your courier and do the needful and in future avoid sending any material through them. An early response is awaited.
